1.-How do I start? How much does it cost?
We have three plans:
Individual Artist : $30 per year + $20 per month
Individual Business: $50 one time setup fee + $30.00 per month
Multiple Individuals in one Business: $100 setup fee + $40.00 per month

2.-What information do I need to email to start the website?

3.-Would I get invoiced every month?
No. Your payments are set up automatically via Paypal.
4.-Do you accept checks?
No. All payments are set up via Paypal.
5.-Is there any penalty for cancelling services?
No penalty fees, however, after services are cancelled, a $50.00 setup fee will be required in case you want to "reactivate" the account. *note that when you change your credit card on Paypal, your account will be "cancelled", you need to re-subscribe in order to resume services without penalties. No questions asked when you decide to cancel, just send us an email saying "please cancel my website services", so we make sure you don't get more charges.
6.-Do prices include domain name registration?
No, prices do not include the domain name registration; we encourage our clients to register their own domain through google.com, or godaddy.com, with few exceptions, we could also register your domain. The domain name is charged separately, and registration is in a yearly basis.
7.Do prices include design and maintenance fees?
Your price includes design, hosting and maintenance.

9.How long would it take to design the website?
We will not be able to start building your website until you subscribe to our services, after this, it would take about one week to design your website, provided that you supply all the information. Updates are usually posted within 24 hours, during regular business hours.
10.What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Updates received on a Friday will be posted on Monday.
However, we strive to do most updates as soon as possible.
11. Would you edit, proof read or translate my text documents?
No, we don't edit, proof read or translate your text documents, we upload the information exactly as we receive it.
12. What to do in case of an emergency?
You will get confirmation that your updates are posted, but If you can not see the updates on your side, the page does not open or the images do not show, please try some of the next options:
1.-Make sure you are connected to the internet, If you do not have an internet connection, call your internet service provider (ATT, Time Warner, etc).
2.-"Refresh" or "reload" your browser, old pages may stay in your computer's temporary memory and may not show the latest updates.
3.-Reboot your computer and reset your modem/internet connection.
4.-Try to see your website from your phone or a different computer, as changes in your firewalls, virus programs or internet options may be preventing your computer from showing your website..

13. Can I use images and information from another websites?
